Initiate your meditation journey with Sati. Access the application to delve into various aspects of your character through mindfulness practices.

Sati surpasses being a mere application by offering an advanced program in meditation and mindfulness. It blends ancient wisdom with contemporary science within an uncomplicated, lucid, and aesthetically pleasing interface.

The application comprises two main sections:
<ul>
 <li>Path (specially crafted step-by-step curriculum)</li>
 <li>Practice (for self-guided/additional meditation)</li>
</ul>

In the Path section, you will receive a fresh meditation session daily, consisting of:
<ul>
 <li>Theoretical segment: insights to enhance your comprehension of meditation and establish it as a habit</li>
 <li>Practical segment: guided meditation lasting from 7 to 20 minutes, gradually extending practice duration</li>
 <li>Integration segment: small tasks for reflection aimed at implementing meditation insights into real-life scenarios, fostering positive mental transformation</li>
</ul>

Upon completing the course, you will continue to receive meditations and guidance to aid you on your ongoing journey towards enlightenment.

In the Practice section, you can:
<ul>
 <li>Assess your current state and select an appropriate cleansing practice for laziness, anxiety, anger, insecurity, depression, or unfulfilled desires</li>
 <li>Engage in various developmental practices such as contentment, concentration, awareness, wisdom, tranquility, or loving-kindness</li>
</ul>

App Features:

 <li>An elaborate sound environment editor enabling the creation of unique soundscapes using melodies, gong sounds, nature sounds, binaural waves, and subliminal affirmations</li>
 <li>A mindfulness diary to jot down thoughts, enhance notes, replay theory sessions or meditation practices</li>
 <li>A Profile section illustrating your progress in meditations through a visually appealing Flower of Life representation that evolves with each completed session</li>
 <li>An option for extended meditation practice to customize time according to personal preferences</li>
 <li>Integration with Apple HealthKit to share progress metrics with other apps</li>
